Carolyn Diane Bombard, 69, passed away Sept. 20 in Lake Havasu City. She was born to Forest and Adris (Peterson) Brown on Dec. 23, 1939 in White Plains, N.Y.
Carolyn made Lake Havasu City her home 11 years ago from Norco, Calif. She was a checker for Albertson’s Grocery Store in Orange, Calif., for 25 years. Carolyn was very active with the Elks and was always the gracious hostess for everyone. She loved fast boats and Jet Skiing on the lake.
Carolyn leaves behind her beloved daughter, Tracie Iliff, of Riverside, Calif., and two granddaughters, Krystal and Tiffany. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Bombard.
Funeral services will take place 1 p.m. Saturday at Stonebridge Christian Fellowship Church. Pastor Richard Tatham will offer words of comfort and inspiration. Graveside services will take place at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Calif., on Monday at 11 a.m.
