1978 – Oct. 3, 2009

K.C. went home to be with her heavenly Father Oct. 3, after a long painful illness that robbed her of any kind of a real life here. She is finally at peace.

K.C. graduated from Lake Havasu High School in 1996, went to N.A.U., where she majored in English and minored in religion. K.C. touched many lives the short time she was here on earth. She loved God, her family, friends, her pug Rufus, music, movies ad Starbucks. She had a strong faith in God that helped her through her painful illness. She never complained and always saw the positive in her situations.

K.C. leaves behind her mom, Donna Suliscalleja, of Lake Havasu City; her sisters, Alex Suliscalleja, of Las Vegas, Nev., and Starr Rodriguez and brother-in-law, Carlos Rodriguez, both from Olympia, Wash.; grandparents ”Nonie and Papa” Howard and Sue Sulis and “Nanna and Nannu” Gina and Mike Calleja and the Creason family, all from Lake Havasu; aunts and uncles, Renee and Sam Brindis, Mona and Dennis Whitmire, Daun and Pat Branam, all of Lake Havasu City; aunts, JoAnn, Janet and Ginger, all from Massachusetts; uncle Eddie McInerney, of N. Reading, Mass.; cousins, Eddie, Cory, Jason, Cazz, Eve, Savannah, Jessie, Meghaen and Brandon, all of Lake Havasu City; her new niece, Nevaeh Rodriguez; and the love of her life Rufus (her dog). She also leaves behind extended family and friends and everyone who knew her and loved her. We will all miss her.

A celebration of K.C.’s life will be held Saturday, at 1 p.m., at her (aunt and uncle’s) Renee and Sam Brindis, 3340 Thunderbird, Lake Havasu City. Anyone who knew her is welcome.

Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com. Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
