In the last few years, Kevin has enjoyed traveling around the world, living in Russia for a year, seeing Europe, North Africa as well as taking cruises in the Caribbean, Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii.

He is survived by his mother, Helen Polka, of Lake Havasu City; sons, Dustin, of Hereford, and Allen, of Manhattan, N.Y.; brothers, David, of Lake Havasu City, and Jeffery, of Umpqua, Ore.; and twin sister, Mary Ann Smith, of Punta Gorda, Fla.; plus grandson, Owen; and many friends.
