The 12th annual “Winter Chain” two-day trapshoot event drew about 90 shooters Sunday during two competitions that determined another round of winners and a high overall shooter for the event.
Mike Grady, of New Mexico, was deemed high overall shooter with a combined score of 469 during the event.
Devin Holden, of Arizona, was named Arizona Champion and received a lifetime membership to the Arizona State Trapshooting Association, donated by Bill Tiedj, of Phoenix. All other prizes were boxes of ammunition and awarded accordingly.
Event organizer Gary Palese said there was a good turnout for the event despite the rain.
