Arlen Dean, 13, swimming in the boys 13-14 year old division swam to two first place finishes in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes, second in the 50 butterfly, and three fifth place finishes in the 50 and 200 freestyles, and the 200 IM.
Earning top spots in the boys 11-12 year old division was Nixon Potteiger, 12, finishing first in the 50 and 100 freestyle, second place finishes in the 50 butterfly, 100 backstroke and 100 Im, third in the 200 backstroke, fourth in the 100 breaststroke, and fifth in the 100 butterfly.
Finishing at the top in the girls 11-12 year old division was McKenna Wales with four first place finishes in the 1000, 100 and 50 freestyle, second in the 500 freestyle, third in the 200 freestyle, and a fourth place finish in the 100 backstroke.
Jasmine Partain 10, one of the six Havasu girls swimming in the girls 9-10 year old division, earned the top spots in the 50 backstroke, and the 50 and 100 freestyles, three second place finishes in the 200 and 500 freestyle, and 100 backstroke,and third place finishes in the 100 and 200 IM.
Bailee Liska, 10, finished first in the 50 and 100 butterfly's, seconds in the 50 breaststroke and 50 freestyle, third in the 100IM, and fourth in the 100 freestyle.
Chloe Johnson, 10, captured two second place finishes in the 500 freestyle and the 100 butterfly, five third place finishes in the 50 and 100 breaststroke, 100 and 200 freestyles, and 50 butterfly, and fourth in the 50 freestyle.
Tayler Ellis, 10, swam to a fifth place finish in the 100 butterfly, Jilyan Murphy, 9, swam to a sixth place finish in the 50 backstroke and Logan Wales, 9, swam to a sixth place finish in the 500 freestyle.
Swimming in the girls 8 and under division, Tatum Liska swam to a second place finish in the 50 butterfly, third in the 50 freestyle, fourth in the 100IM, and sixth place finishes in the 50 breaststroke and 100 freestyle.
Competing in the girls 13-14 year old division was Katelynn Northover, 13, with a third place finish in the 1650 freestyle, fifth in the 200 freestyle, and sixth in the 50 backstroke.
"Another cold and wet weekend; never-the-less our swimmers did real well", said coach Mike Taylor. "If you can swim well in those conditions, then anything else should be easy by comparison. I am happy with the way our swimmers performed. Give us a little warm weather for a change and who knows what might be possible."
Next up for the Stingrays is short course yards Arizona State Championships in Phoenix.
