Janice Ann Krom, 80, passed away Feb. 10 in Lake Havasu City. She was born on July 16, 1929, in Louisville, Ken., to Robert and Virginia (McDonald) Meredith.

Janice moved to Lake Havasu City, five years ago from Indianapolis, Ind. She worked as a bank teller for various banks throughout her life. Janice married her husband, John, on June 20, 1949. Both were members of the Church of Nazarene for more than 40 years and enjoyed traveling extensively.

Janice is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, John Krom; sons, John Reid Krom, of Houston; Robert Lee Krom and wife Janet, of Yucca Valley, Calif.; Darrell E. Krom, of Rockville, Ind.; daughter, Sherryl L. Krom-Pittman and husband Rod, of Trussville, Ala.; brother, Robert G. Meredith, of Poland, Ohio; sister, Luella Phelps, of Indianapolis; and four grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held at the Church of the Nazarene, 2660 Rainbow Ave., Lake Havasu City, AZ; Tuesday at 3 p.m. Interment will take place at Westport Cemetery in Westport, Ind.
