Norman Edward Barclift

Norman Edward Barclift, 56, passed away March 9, at Havasu Regional Medical Center with his wife by his side. He was born on Sept. 18, 1953, in Chester, Pa., to Gilmore and Naomi (Whirlow) Barclift.



Norman moved to Lake Havasu City nine years ago from Mt. View, Calif. He worked at JCPenney as a custodial associate and later as a driver for Havasu Iron and Metal. Norman enjoyed camping, fishing and loved playing Buzztime Trivia.

Norman is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Carol; son, Geoffrey Barclift, of Pennsylvania; daughter, Lorraine Barclift, of Pennsylvania; brothers, Richard, Gilmore and Robert Barclift, all of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Marcus Christopher, Zachary Brian, Dominic Anthony; and nieces and nephews and his cats, “Friday,” “Merlina” and “Sadie”.

His family has requested that donations be made in Norman’s name to the Western Arizona Humane Society, 1100 Empire Drive, Lake Havasu City, AZ; 86404.

Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
