Lake Havasu City Police Department SWAT officers arrested two men Monday night after two narcotic-related search warrants served simultaneously uncovered heroin, marijuana and methamphetamine, the city said Tuesday.
The department’s Special Investigations Bureau investigated the suspicious activity surrounding the brothers for about one month prior to the arrests, the city said.
On Monday, detectives seized a total of 9.2 ounces of black tar heroin, 9 ounces of marijuana and 1.6 ounces of methamphetamine. The heroin has an estimated street value of $26,000, the marijuana an estimated value of $1,300, and the methamphetamine $4,500, according to the city.
The two Graciano brothers were charged with possession of narcotics for sale, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both men appeared before a judge Tuesday morning. Juan Graciano is being held on a $175,000 bond and Fernando Graciano is being held on a $150,000 bond. They were transferred to the custody of Mohave County Sheriff’s Office in Kingman.
