If ever there was a time in the history of our country for patriotic Americans to stand up strong and voice their opinion, the time is now.

We have a president that has weakened our military and failed to lead on issues vital to the U.S. national security and in the midst of terrorism intensity around the world, he cuts our military spending, reduces missile defense systems, leaves our military satellites vulnerable to attack and reduces our nuclear defense system. The Muslim Brotherhood is strengthening and our borders are wide open, an assault against our safety and security.

Every armed forces of every country are scared to death of the superiority of the U.S. 22 Raptor plane because they know they would be defenseless against it for years to come. Obama said we couldn’t afford it and killed funding.

Obama cut our NASA budget and abandoned the Constellation program, opening the door for China’s ambitious five-year plan that includes the launch of space laboratories, a manned spaceship to the moon and creation of its own global satellite navigation system that will further its military goals. Their GPS system will have the capability to jam or interfere with America’s global positioning-system network. I think China has the financial resources to make their dream come true since we pay them for goods made there and sold here.

Russia and China will be the only countries capable of sending humans into space.  Having beaten them to the moon, we will now be paying them $64 million a trip in a Russian rocket to visit the International Space Station. How humbling for what was once a triumph for American science and technology.

Obama’s policies continue to weaken the best country in the world. We must stop standing up for party and stand up for America. The only voice we have left is our vote.

" A lot of boloney and not much bread here. The President submits a budget to Congress, Congress then either funds or does not fund this budget or parts they do not want to. Do you really think that if the President sent a budget item asking for 100's of billions of $'s to this Congress for NASA they would pass it. This is the same Congress{Eric Cantor] that when Americans were flood out by a hurricane last year and there was large scale destruction of property said that before we can help these people rebuild other peoples benefits have to be cut. The President is faced with a Congress that will not spend money to help rebuild and aging and falling apart infrastructure in America and you think this Congress is going to spend billions to go into space. If the F-22 Raptor only had 187 built instead of 750 at the cost of over a trillion $'s blame Grover Norquist the guy who gets all these Republican office holders to sign his no new taxes or better yet cut taxes to zero. If you want these things then you have to raise taxes not keep cutting them. The question is what do you really want. If you want more toys then you have to pay for them there not free and it's not the Presidents fault. Why the paper prints this garbage is beyond me. "
