Sept. 4

Underage consumption of alcohol — Mark A. Garcia received one year of probation and was ordered to serve four days in jail and pay a $750 fine and $420.28 jail costs.

Sept. 5

Aggravated assault with deadly weapon/aggravated assault/domestic violence/destruction of confinement facility/criminal damage — Justin L. Ganyo’s bond was set at $50,000 and a preliminary hearing was scheduled Sept. 13.

Aggravated DUI — Wayne A. Malone’s preliminary hearing was scheduled Sept. 23.

Assault/domestic violence (three counts)/disorderly conduct — Mark Hubbard received three years probation and was ordered to serve 35 days in jail and pay $2,000 fines and $3173.70.

Criminal damage/disorderly conduct — Joshua T. McDonald’s bond was set at $5,000 and a bond review hearing was scheduled Sept. 6.

Disorderly conduct — Mario A. Rocha’s bond was set at $5,000 and a bond review hearing was scheduled Sept. 6.

Disorderly conduct — Mitchell D. Butler received one year probation and was ordered to serve five days in jail and pay a $500 fine and provide the court proof of counseling enrollment within 30 days and proof of completion within 180 days.

Disorderly conduct/domestic violence — Donna M. Thames received one year of probation and was ordered to serve five days in jail and pay a $500 fine and provide the court proof of counseling enrollment within 30 days and proof of completion within 180 days.

Driving while suspended — Curtis R. McPherson received one year of probation and was ordered to pay $875 fines reduced to $475 after providing the court proof of a valid driver’s license within 30 days.

DUI/hit and run — Bonnie R. Miler was released on own recognizance and a judgment and sentencing hearing was scheduled Oct. 20.

Failure to comply — Ruben A. Cedillo was ordered to serve 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended and pay a $50 fine and $242.64 jail costs.

Failure to pay — Curtis R. McPherson’s bond was set at $298 cash and the case was transferred to Parker Justice Court.

Underage consumption of alcohol — Valerie B. Alarcon received two years probation and was ordered to serve five days in jail and pay a $750 fines and $400 jail fees. Alarcon also was ordered to provide proof of alcohol counseling within 30 days and proof of completion within 180 days.

Sept. 6

Assault/domestic violence — Britni Diehlman received two years probation and was ordered to pay a $750 fine and provide the court proof of counseling enrollment and completion within 180 days.

Criminal damage/domestic violence/disorderly conduct — Charity Stankovich was released on own recognizance and a pre-trial conference was scheduled Sept. 20.

Disorderly conduct — Michael Vansolingen received one year of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Failure to appear — Robert T. Rohkohl’s bond was set at $5,000 and a bond review hearing was scheduled Sept. 9.

Failure to comply — Robert T. Rohkohl was ordered to serve 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended and pay a $120 fine and provide the court proof of counseling enrollment within days of release.

Failure to comply — Carolyn R. Gardner was ordered to pay a $120 fine.

Failure to comply — Armando Armijo was ordered to serve 60 days in jail with time suspended and pay a $50 fine.

Offensive conduct — Sarah A. Southerland was released on own recognizance and a pre-trial conference was scheduled Sept. 20.

Underage consumption of alcohol/providing false information to police — Alex Marcus received one year of probation and was ordered to pay $600 fines.

Sept. 7

Criminal damage — Gregory F. Boutilier was released on own recognizance and a pre-trial conference was scheduled Sept. 20.

Failure to comply — Nikolas R. Poole was ordered to pay a $50 fine.

Possession of drug paraphernalia/underage consumption of alcohol — Christopher S. Lenzi received three years probation and was ordered to serve five days in jail with time suspended and pay $1,500 fines and proved the court proof of counseling enrollment within 30 days and proof of completion within 180 days.

Failure to appear — Wayne D. Hicks was ordered to serve five days in jail with credit for time served and pay a $250 fine and $509.10 jail costs.

Failure to remain at scene of an accident — Gregory F. Boutilier was released on own recognizance and a pre-trial conference was scheduled Sept. 20.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Wayne D. Hicks was released on own recognizance and a judgment and sentencing hearing was scheduled Oct. 20.

Trespass — Robert T. Rohkohl’s bond was set at $5,000 and a bond review hearing was scheduled Sept. 9.
