Compiled from Lake Havasu City Police Department reports. Suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court:

Sept. 9

Shoplifting — Peggy L. Blake, LHC, was cited and released after she allegedly stole several items valued at $147.20 from a business in the 5600 block of State Route 95.

Sept. 10

Assault/domestic violence/criminal damage — James Martin, 51, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly pushed a person and damaged a door during an argument at a residence on Bluecrest Drive.

Permitting the life, health and morals of a child to be imperiled — Erika L. Mendoza Moreno, LHC, was cited and released after she allegedly slept while her 3-year-old child was found walking in the street and her 9-month-old infant screamed in another room of a residence in the 1500 block of Navigator Drive.

Shoplifting — Maryann McMillan, 65, Apache Junction, Ariz., was arrested after she allegedly stole items valued at $191.86 from a business in the 1700 block of Kiowa Avenue.

Sept. 11

Extreme DUI — Cathy L. Gratz, 58, LHC, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving during a traffic accident investigation at Havasupai Boulevard and Acoma Boulevard and routine alcohol breath tests concluded her blood alcohol content to be .15 percent at time of arrest.

Littering — James E. Hill, 32, Riverside, Calif., was arrested after he allegedly dumped 20, 55-gallon trash drums and their contents along the shoreline of Bridgewater Channel.

Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia — Sheyda Yazdanfar, 27, Laguna Woods, Calif., was cited and released during a traffic stop on State Route 95 after investigations determined she possessed a pill bottle containing marijuana.

Sept. 12

Assault/disorderly conduct/domestic violence/prevent use of phone during emergency — Daniel P. Lujan, 27, Parker, Ariz., was arrested after he allegedly slapped a person and took her phone during an argument at a residence in the 400 block of Highland Drive.

Disorderly conduct/criminal damage/domestic violence/failure to comply — Jeremy D. Gerber, 31, LHC, was arrested after investigations determined his alleged involvement after during an earlier reported incident in the 3100 block of Desert View Court. In the same incident, a record check showed Gerber had an active warrant for arrest.

Super extreme DUI — Kelly J. Johnson, 35, LHC, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving during a traffic stop at Mulberry Avenue and Daytona Avenue and routine alcohol breath tests concluded her blood alcohol content to be .24 percent at time of arrest.

Sept. 13

Disorderly conduct/domestic violence — Eric D. Link, 29, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly created a disturbance and yelled at a person during an argument at a residence in the 200 block of Moyo Drive.

Disorderly conduct/domestic violence/criminal damage — Todd H. Boggis, 46, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly created a disturbance and broke a door during an argument at a residence on Truckee Drive.

Sept. 15

Assault/domestic violence/disorderly conduct — Frank J. Marshall, 27, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly threw rocks and punched a person causing injury at the hospital in the 100 block of Civic Center Drive.

Driving while suspended — Michael L. Duncan, LHC, was arrested during a traffic stop at Mesquite Avenue and Lake Havasu Avenue after a record check showed he has a revoked driver’s license.

Interfering with judicial proceeding — Craig A. Davis, 52, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly left a telephone message for a person in the 3000 block of Simitan Drive who has an active order of protection against him.

Suspended license plates — Christopher A. Berry, LHC, was arrested during a traffic stop at Bunker Drive and South Acoma Boulevard after a record check showed he has suspended license plates.

Sept. 16

Driving while suspended/failure to comply — Margarita L. Hernandez, 35, LHC, was arrested during a traffic stop in the 2700 block of North Rainbow Avenue and a record check showed she has a revoked driver’s license and an active warrant for arrest.

Interfering with judicial proceeding — Thomas B. Walsh, 44, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly violated an order of protection at a residence on North Cisco Drive.

Sept. 17

Aggravated DUI — Justin A. Kolbe, 25, LHC, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after officers him driving a golf cart in the 70 block of Swanson Avenue and he allegedly admitted to being intoxicated. In the same incident, a record check showed he has a revoked driver’s license.

Assault/domestic violence/criminal damage — Stephanie R. McCoy, 34, LHC, was arrested after she allegedly bit a person’s chest causing injury and broke a window at a residence in the 1500 block of Brodie Drive causing $200 damage.

Disorderly conduct/domestic violence — Reya K. Horning, 36, LHC, was arrested after she allegedly created a disturbance during an argument at a residence in the 2900 block of Aladdin Drive.

Disorderly conduct/domestic violence/assault — Debra L. LeGrand, 43, LHC, was arrested after she allegedly created a disturbance and physically fought with a teenager during an argument at a residence in the 400 block of San Pan Lane.

DUI — David M. Tous, 46, Huntington Beach, Calif., was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving during a traffic stop at North Lake Havasu Avenue and North McCulloch Boulevard and routine alcohol breath tests concluded his blood alcohol content to be .11 percent at time of arrest.

Possession/use of narcotic drugs/interfering with judicial proceedings/possession of prescription-only drugs/possession of drug paraphernalia — Daniel W. Kennedy, 20, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly possessed a bong with marijuana residue and unknown pills in the 2000 block of San Juan Drive.

Sept. 18

Assault/disorderly conduct — Joseph D. McLafferty, 27, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly punched a person in the face in the 3300 block of El Torro Drive.

Assault/domestic violence/theft — Johnathan N. Kroll, 23, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly threw a person to the ground and stole a cell phone valued at $400 in the 100 block of Saguaro Drive.

Assault/possession of marijuana — Jef Rader, 47, transient, was arrested after he allegedly punched a person several times in the face and a routine search revealed he allegedly possessed marijuana during an incident on Swanson Avenue.

Criminal damage/domestic violence/disorderly conduct — Steele A. Foley, 25, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly damaged two doors and a fan during an argument at a residence in the 2900 block of Palisades Drive.

Disorderly conduct/domestic violence/criminal damage — Sean P. McClelland, 28, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly created a disturbance and broke a cell phone and a person’s sunglasses during an argument at a residence in the 2000 block of Mesquite Avenue. In the same incident, Gena L. Brookshier, 41, and Michelle R. Goldsmith, 43, both of LHC, were arrested for alleged disorderly conduct.

DUI — Christopher M. Brown, 32, LHC, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving during a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Lake Havasu Avenue and routine alcohol breath tests concluded his blood alcohol content to be .14 percent at time of arrest.

Offensive conduct — Troy D. Tyler, 33, LHC, was arrested after he was observed allegedly laying in the roadway in the 2100 block of Sand Dab Drive and was unable to care for himself while intoxicated.

Trespass/underage consumption of alcohol — Nicholas T. Norton, 18, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly unlawfully entered a residence in the 300 block of Offshore Drive and fell asleep in the living room while intoxicated.

Sept. 19

Assault/domestic violence — Patrick D. Shannon, 45, LHC, was arrested after he allegedly hit a person in the face during an argument at a residence in the 800 block of Chalon Lane.

The following incidents were reported to the Lake Havasu City Police Department:

Sept. 3

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used a sharp object to scratch a window and the paint of a vehicle parked in the 80 block of London Bridge Road causing unspecified damages.

Aug. 29

Fraud — Someone reportedly used a person’s credit card to make an unauthorized purchase of $108.62 in Australia without the cardholder’s knowledge or permission.

Theft — A power washer valued at $300 was reported stolen from the driveway of a residence in the 900 block of Bluebird Drive.

Sept. 4

Aggravated assault — Someone reportedly hit a person and stole a wallet valued at $400 and jewelry valued at $7,000.

Sept. 8

Burglary — A microwave valued at $70 was reported stolen at a residence in the 3100 block of North El Dorado Avenue.

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly threw a rock that broke the window of a vehicle parked in the 2900 block of Simitan Drive causing $350 damage.

Fraud — Someone reportedly fraudulently involved a person in a Craigslist.com scam and asked the victim to wire transfer $3,000.

Theft — An unknown amount of quarters were stolen from a water dispenser at a business in the 3600 block of South Jamaica Boulevard.

Sept. 9

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used an unknown means to damage a table and window at a residence in the 600 block of Warm Springs Place causing unspecified damages.

Sept. 10

Burglary — Someone reportedly gained entry into the laundry room at an apartment complex in the 2000 block of Bluewater Drive and caused unspecified damage to the washing machine and wall.

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly pulled a sink from a bathroom wall at a business in the 2200 block of North McCulloch Boulevard causing unspecified damages.

Theft — A purse valued at $50 and its contents valued a $420 from a vehicle parked in the 2100 block of Swanson Avenue.

Sept. 11

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly scratched a vehicle parked outside a funeral home in the 20 block of Riviera causing unspecified damages.

Sept. 12

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used a sharp object to scratch the paint of a vehicle parked in the 3000 block of North Palo Verde Boulevard causing unspecified damages.

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used an unknown means to cause $500 damage to a stucco mailbox at a residence in the 500 block of North Acoma Boulevard.

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used an unknown means to break the window of construction equipment parked in the 3000 block of Oro Grande Boulevard causing unspecified damages.

Theft — An iPod valued at $300 was reported stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Comanche Lane.

Theft — Electronics valued at $196 were reported stolen from a building in the 1800 block of Mesquite Avenue.

Sept. 13

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly caused $3,100 damage at a residence in the 2800 block of Weekender Lane.

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used a pellet gun to damage the windshield of a vehicle traveling on State Route 95 causing $300 damage.

Sept. 14

Burglary — Tools valued at $280 were reported stolen from an open garage at a residence in the 2100 block of Barranca Drive.

Explosive/misconduct — A pipe bomb was reported in a vacant lot in the 3000 block of Truckee Drive. The police department’s explosive disposal unit detonated the device.

Theft — A toolbox valued at $1,000 was reported stolen from a garage at a residence in the 2400 block of Palisades Drive.

Theft — Someone reportedly attempted to steal unspecified items from a vehicle parked in the 2300 block of Avocado Lane.

Sept. 15

Burglary — An air compressor valued at $100 was reported stolen from the garage of a residence in the 2200 block of College Drive.

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used an unknown means to damage three windows of two trucks parked at a business in the 3200 block of Buena Vista causing unspecified damages.

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used an unknown means to damage a window at a residence in the 1900 block of North Rainbow Avenue.

Theft — Someone reportedly used a person’s identity to file a tax return without his knowledge or permission.

Theft — A laptop computer valued at $498 was reported stolen from a business in the 5600 block on the 5600 block of North State Route 95.

Sept. 17

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used an unknown means to cause $30 damage to a mailbox at a residence in the 600 block of Apache Drive.

Criminal damage — Someone reportedly used an unknown means to shatter a window at a residence in the 3800 block of Yucca Way causing unspecified damages.

Fraud — Someone reportedly used a person’s credit card to charge $49.95 without the cardholder’s knowledge or permission.

Theft — Two solar lawn lights valued at $20 was reported stolen from the yard of a residence in the 400 block of Jones Drive.
