Lake Havasu City Police Department officials have identified the body discovered in Pima Wash Saturday in Havasu as 22-year-old Dustin Wade Isom. Isom’s tattoos played a critical part in completing his identification, and also making notifications to family.

Investigators determined Isom recently had been staying at a motel in the 2100 block of Birch Square. He was last seen by an acquaintance about 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25.

During autopsy, no obvious signs of trauma were located on Isom’s body. The cause of death will be determined pending the results of a toxicology report.

Anyone with information related to this investigation is encouraged to contact Detective Tom Gray 928-855-1171. Anonymous information can also be called into Lake Havasu Silent Witness at 928-854-TIPS (8477).
