A California man was arrested on felony drug charges Sept. 1 when officers stopped his vehicle on State Route 95, due to a non-functioning headlight. The driver, identified as 55-year-old Jeffrey Lee, of Oak Hills, was asked to exit his vehicle when officers allegedly observed the odor of marijuana inside.
Lee was detained at the scene, and allegedly admitted to having a jar of marijuana inside his vehicle. A search of the vehicle allegedly yielded two plastic containers of suspected marijuana, a plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine and a glass pipe.
Lee was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
