Lake Havasu City resident Kenneth W. St. Charles, 58, pleaded not guilty this month to felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs after his Aug. 6 arrest.

According to police, Mohave County Probation officers arrived at St. Charles’ home on Aug. 4 for a probation search, during which they allegedly found plastic bags containing suspected methamphetamine and two glass pipes in St. Charles’ van.

St. Charles allegedly admitted to ownership of the pipes, and told officers that he lived at the location alone. He also told officers that he last smoked methamphetamine on the morning of his arrest, the report said.

St. Charles is scheduled to appear in Mohave Superior Court Sept. 19 for a probation violation hearing and pre-trial conference.
