A woman from Hinckley, Ohio was arrested for driving under the influence on Saturday after the Lake Havasu City Police Department received a call about a vehicle parked in the grass landscaping area of the Nautical, near the pool.

According to the Lake Havasu City Police Department, Natalie Zywica was seen by Nautical Security driving on the grass cove area where people were on the beach, and continued up towards the pool on the grass before being stopped. Zywica allegedly told the officer that she had been drinking at the bar earlier, and was trying to leave the Nautical.

Zywica registered a .181/.180 percent on a breath test and was charged with DUI slightest, DUI above .08, and DUI above .15.

Charging all 3 levels is stupid. The lesser of the two will me dismissed by the city attorney anyway. Charge Extreme DUI and be done with it.
