With cool weather and easterly winds, some Lake Havasu City residents and visitors set sail Monday, near the Rotary Park shoreline. The National Weather Service expects breezy conditions will continue today, with winds really picking up on Wednesday. Meteorologists say wind speeds in Havasu on Wednesday could reach up to 32 mph. The wind is likely to subside and temperatures will warm up after Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. For more details on the weather, see page 11.
