Saturday was another windy day for Lake Havasu City and the Colorado River Valley, but that didn’t stop hardy lake lovers from enjoying a day on the water. Wind is expected to continue through this evening. The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for the area between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. Meteorologists warn of hazardous boating conditions with waves between 1 and 3 feet possible. North winds are expected to be between 20-30 mph, with gusts as high as 50 mph possible.
